What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personal data, including:
- Your account information (name, email, phone number, avatar).
- All properties and units you own (landlords).
- All leases associated with your account.
- All maintenance requests, photos, and messages.
- All meter readings and associated photos.
- Contractor links and notification preferences.
- All authentication tokens and sessions.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are a landlord, deleting your account will also remove all properties, units, and associated tenant data from those properties.
Delete your account
Enter your email and password to verify your identity. We will send a confirmation email with a link to complete the deletion.
